We will always give an honest opinion. If it seems that our message is always upbeat, it is because there are plenty of excellent wine and food producers to write about. Silence is not a critique, but it will be our greatest compliment to those producers who don't make our a-list.

We will divulge any conflict of interest of a commercial or personal nature. Always.

If we make a mistake, we'll fess up.

We do not intend to accept free samples of wine or other perks. If that changes we will state it clearly.
